Identity of the Data Controller
The information provided by the USER through any of the forms or contact channels on the WEBSITE, which may contain personal data, will be processed by SMART INDUSTRY CONSULTING AND TECHNOLOGIES S.L. (hereinafter, the “COMPANY“), with registered office at Calle Gran Vía Don Diego López de Haro 1, planta 9, 908, 48001, Bilbao and tax identification number B-10834224, as the data controller.
2. Purpose and legal basis for data processing
The COMPANY will need to treat the USER’S data both to meet the requests for information that the USER makes through the contact channels of the WEBSITE, and to provide the services requested or to which the USER decided to subscribe or register through any of the forms on the WEBSITE.
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing by the COMPANY of the data collected through the WEBSITE may be the express consent of the USER, the contractual relationship between the COMPANY and the USER or the legitimate interest of the COMPANY when it is, for example, to offer services and products of the COMPANY that are the same or similar to those contracted or previously requested by the USER.
Any USER who contacts the COMPANY through the contact channels of the WEBSITE consents to the processing of the data provided through such contact in accordance with this Data Protection Policy of the WEBSITE.
Any USER who registers through any form on the WEBSITE must consent to the processing of their data in accordance with the Data Protection Policy provided with the form, by checking the consent box provided for this purpose.
THE COMPANY will process the information provided by the USER for different purposes, depending on the way the data is collected:
– Send information requested by the USER.
– Manage, administer, provide, expand, adapt and improve the services requested or to which the USER has decided to subscribe or register.
– Design new services related to the previous ones.
The USER consents to the processing of his/her data for the purposes described above, or as the case may be, for the purposes described in the Data Protection Policy provided together with the subscription form to the WEBSITE services, without prejudice to the right to revoke such consent.
Data transfer
The data provided by the USER to THE COMPANY will not be communicated to any third party, unless:
– The assignment is authorized by law.
– The treatment responds to the free and legitimate acceptance of a legal relationship whose development, fulfillment and control necessarily involves the communication of the data to third parties.
– The data are requested by the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the Judges or Courts or the Court of Auditors, in the exercise of the functions attributed to them.
4. Mandatory or optional nature of the information requested
The mandatory data of each form will be identified as such in the form itself. The refusal to provide such information will prevent the service requested by the USER from becoming effective.
5. Data Retention
The period of conservation of personal data will vary depending on the service, until its satisfactory provision is concluded or until the USER revokes his/her consent. In any case, the period of conservation of personal data will be restricted to the minimum necessary, so that they will only be kept as long as the purpose for which they have been collected is maintained. When its conservation is no longer necessary, the COMPANY will keep blocked those data that may be necessary during the legally established periods to attend any question related to its treatment. After the legal deadlines, the personal data will be deleted by adopting appropriate security measures to ensure the total destruction of the same.
6. Exercise of rights
The USER may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation/deletion, opposition, limitation and portability before ALHONA by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address dataprotection@alhona.comor by ordinary mail to the above address, identifying himself/herself as a USER of the WEBSITE, providing a photocopy of his/her ID card or equivalent document and specifying his/her request.
Likewise, if you consider that your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint with the competent Data Protection Agency (in the case of Spain, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).
7. Commitments of the user in the matter of data protection
The USER guarantees that he/she is of legal age and that the information provided is accurate and truthful. The USER undertakes to inform the COMPANY of any change in the information provided by sending an email to the address dataprotection@alhona.comidentifying himself as USER of the WEBSITE and specifying the information that must be modified.
Likewise, the USER commits to keep the passwords and identification codes secret and to inform the COMPANY as soon as possible in case of loss, theft or unauthorized access. As long as this communication does not occur, the COMPANY will be exempted from any liability that may arise from the misuse by unauthorized third parties of such passwords and identification codes.
In the event that the USER provides personal data of third parties for any purpose, he/she guarantees to have previously informed the affected parties and to have obtained their consent for the communication of their data to THE COMPANY.
8. Security measures
The COMPANY has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
9. User compliance
The USER declares to have read and understood the present document and expressly consents to the processing of his/her data in accordance with the conditions expressed.
