The domain name alhona.com, as well as the web site www.alhona.com (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”) are owned by SMART INDUSTRY CONSULTING AND TECHNOLOGIES S.L. (hereinafter, the “COMPANY”), a company with registered office at Calle Gran Vía Don Diego López de Haro 1, 9th floor, 908, 48001 Bilbao, registered in the Mercantile Register of Vizcaya, Volume 6.103, Folio 130, Page BI-78956, Inscription 1ª and with C.I.F. number B-10834224.

Access to the WEBSITE is free of charge, notwithstanding that the contracting of products or services through the WEBSITE may be subject to an economic consideration.

To access certain WEBSITE services it will be necessary to register previously through the corresponding forms. The personal data provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Policy of the WEBSITE.

The USER who accesses the WEBSITE expressly declares to have previously read and understood the provisions of this Legal Notice as well as the Data Protection Policy, the Cookies Policy and, where appropriate, the existing Special Conditions, and accepts the provisions of all of them without reservation.

The USER agrees not to use the WEBSITE or the information offered therein for activities contrary to the law, morality or public order and, in general, to use it in accordance with the conditions established by the COMPANY.

The COMPANY shall not be responsible for the availability of access to the WEBSITE, nor for the accuracy and/or updating of its contents. In the event of errors or interruptions of the WEBSITE, the COMPANY undertakes to try to correct them as soon as possible.

The COMPANY reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the accessibility of the WEBSITE due to a possible need to carry out maintenance, repair, updating or improvement of the same.

All contents of the WEBSITE (including, but not limited to, databases, images, drawings, graphics, text, audio, video and software), as well as the domain name, trademarks, distinctive signs or logos that appear on the WEBSITE are owned by the COMPANY or, where appropriate, has the license to use them and are protected by national and international standards of intellectual and industrial property, with all rights reserved.

The contents of the WEBSITE may not be modified, copied, altered, reproduced in whole or in part, adapted or translated by the USER or third parties without the express authorization of the COMPANY.

The unauthorized use of the contents of the WEBSITE, as well as the infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights will give rise to the legally established responsibilities, reserving the COMPANY the exercise of all actions, both civil and criminal, are necessary to safeguard such rights.

The establishment of any hyperlink from an external web page to any of the pages of the WEBSITE shall be subject to the following conditions:

– The total or partial reproduction of any of the services contained in the WEBSITE is not allowed.

– No false, inaccurate or incorrect statement about the WEBSITE pages and its services shall be included.

– Under no circumstances shall the COMPANY be responsible for the contents, information, statements, opinions or services made available to the public on the web page from which a hyperlink to this WEBSITE is established.

– Any hyperlink shall be made to the home page of the WEBSITE.

The hyperlinks found on the WEBSITE have been previously agreed with the owners of the linked websites. The COMPANY shall not be responsible for the misuse or activities contrary to law, morality or public order carried out by users in such linked pages.

The conditions of access and use of the WEBSITE contained in this Legal Notice are indefinite. The COMPANY reserves in any case the unilateral right to modify these conditions.

If any clause included in this Legal Notice is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall only affect such provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, and the conditions shall survive in all other respects.

The provision of the service of this WEBSITE and these conditions of access and use are governed by Spanish law.

The USER and the COMPANY, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, agree that any dispute or discrepancy that may arise between them as a result of access and use of the WEBSITE shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile, when located in Spain, or to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, when located outside Spain.
